Some artists do their best work inside a team, with a book that fills itself and a coach two stations away. Others want a room of their own and a business with their name on it. We build careers both ways. Choose fast, go with your gut, and we will show you where you fit.

Path A

Join the QVD Team
The Masters Program.

Paid, in-house training from your first week. You assist, you learn the level system from the inside, and you build a book with guests the house hands you.
The Ladder.

Ten levels, each with its own menu price and its own pay. Reviewed every quarter against your own numbers, never against another artist's.
The Week

Full time at QVD is thirty-two hours. Bridal mornings, nail evenings and extension days are extra lanes, not extra shifts.
The House

Twelve stations, a bridal suite, a nail room, a front desk that answers the phone, and a coordinator who books your weddings.

Who We Hire

Licensed Michigan cosmetologists and nail technicians. New graduates through the Masters Program. Experienced artists at the level your work earns. Artists moving to the Lakeshore — several of ours did.
